New Record Store? Spiral Scratch Scratches the Itch

Improbable as it may seem, comes the news that a new record store has opened in Buffalo. This, after seeing Ruda Records close, as well as the dearly departed Home of the Hits and New World Record, plus Sit-n-Spin, all close in the space of a year.

Spiral Scratch Records has opened at 2531 Deleware Avenue and Hartwell. Brave entrepreneurs, I wish them the best! Not that it changes much for my future buying plans, but more on that soon enough.

It’s right down the street from the recent robbery attempt highlighted here. I hope here comes the gun isn’t anything they hear soon. Unless it’s me, of course.
